Fun in the Sun...Well mostly Shade! :)

This morning Duke was really picking up his head and looking around during his morning "tummy time".....he held his head up for several mins, he usually only lasts a short time...he is getting so strong....very impressive....he is our super star!

We took Duke to the Baby beach today, we had a great day there...the weather was perfect! we got him down to the water and dipped his feet in...he was not too wild about the cold water at first....Our house has been so hot this week..and I think we are starting to realize that Duke is not a big fan of the heat...gosh sounds like his mommy...so he was much happy where is was cooler down by the water.

Duke Alexander Stinson-June 5, 2009

He is finally here....Duke was born on Friday, June 5, 2009 at Saddleback Hospital at 8:13pm, he was 8 pounds 6 ounces and 21 inches long. He is the cutest thing I have ever seen. He has got a ton of brown hair and large dark blue eyes.

Rick and I are so in love with him....he is keeping up on our toes-and this month has flown by, I can't believe he is going to be 4 weeks on Friday.

He is so alert and has been since the time he was born-he loves to look around and also has started to make eye contact when you hold him. He love to eat and sleep....He has forever changed our life and we could not be more content-he makes us a family! We are so excited to watch him grow and change and look forward to the years to come...Welcome Duke!

Will post more soon...
